Ingredients:
Chicken breast(s)
Cinnamon
Garam Masala
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350º F
- Coat both sides of chicken with cinnamon, then with garam masala (cinnamon is the base layer)
- Be generous with both spices (cinnamon especially), such that the entire chicken breast is covered with spice
- Bake for ~30 minutes at 350º F, depending on thickness of chicken breast (30 min for thin, 45 min for thick)
- Enjoy!

Its kind of hard to find. I did find it at a normal grocery spice rack, but its just not always in stock. I use it to make homemade chai tea as well, so I was keeping my eye out for it. In a larger grocery store than in Iowa, it should be readily available
